Professionally, Richard has been "Agent of the Year" for five years (1990-1994) in his Company. He has twice been the Board of REALTORS Top Residential Agent and serves on the Boards Education Committee. Richard has furthered his education by earning his GRI, CRB, CRS and ABR designations, distinctions shared by less than 1% of the Real Estate industry. He regularly attends various seminars hosted by Americans top trainers throughout the year.
Richards personal life is almost as busy as his professional life. In addition to his involvement in numerous community activities, Richard is also a Commercial Pilot, and flies his own Hot-Air Balloon to benefit schools, charities and fundraisers. Richard has been married for 12 years. His bride, Chris is a physician specializing in stroke at the Medical College of Georgia, here in Augusta.
